What I Believe
The hardest leadership problems aren't technical.
They sit in the unglamorous middle - between strategy and execution, between the boardroom and the ground. Most of what I've learned, I learned in contexts where the frameworks didn't quite fit. That's where I do my best work.
What scales is judgment. Pattern recognition. The clarity to decide under pressure without flattening the realities that make your business what it is.
That's the level I work at.
